Refund Policy

Article 1 (Purpose)

This Refund Policy governs matters related to payment cancellation and refunds for digital content services (Korean History Photo Studio, etc.) provided by Feels Edu (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").

Article 2 (Cancellation and Refund)

1. Before use (content not accessed)
   • If the Service has not been used at all after payment, a full refund is available within 7 days from the date of payment.
2. After use
   • Within 7 days of payment and less than 50% of the total content used: A pro-rated refund will be issued, excluding the portion used.
   • More than 7 days after payment or 50% or more of the total content used: No refund is available.
3. Service unavailable due to the Company's fault
   • A full refund will be issued if the Service cannot be used due to the Company's fault, such as payment errors or service outages.

Article 3 (Non-Refundable Cases)

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

• Service disruption caused by the user's own fault
• Content that has been downloaded or accessed, making duplication possible (Article 17, Paragraph 2, Subparagraph 3 of the Electronic Commerce Act)
• More than 7 days have passed since payment and 50% or more of the content has been used
• Content provided free of charge or as part of an event

Article 4 (Recurring Payment Refund)

1. Monthly recurring payment
   • Refunds are calculated on a pro-rated basis, excluding the number of days the Service has been used.
   • A month is defined as 30 days, and the daily rate is calculated by dividing the monthly fee by 30.
   • Within 24 hours of payment: Full refund available
   • After 24 hours up to 15 days from payment: Pro-rated refund for remaining days
   • More than 15 days from payment: No refund
2. Annual recurring payment
   • An annual plan is based on 12 months, and the remaining balance is refunded based on the total annual fee divided by 12.
   • However, the period already used will be recalculated based on the monthly recurring payment rate at the time of refund.

Article 5 (Refund Process)

Article 6 (Refund Methods)

• Credit card payment: Cancellation through the card company (may take 2-5 business days depending on the card issuer)
• Simple payment: Refund through the respective simple payment method
• Bank transfer (virtual account): Deposit to the refund account designated by the customer

Article 7 (Service Period)

• Single purchase content: Available from the date of payment; permanent access unless otherwise stated
• Monthly subscription: Available for 30 days from the date of payment
• Annual subscription: Available for 365 days from the date of payment
• Purchasers should confirm the service period on the product page before purchasing.

Article 8 (Others)

1. Matters not specified in this policy shall be governed by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Content Industry Promotion Act, and other applicable laws.
2. In the event of a dispute related to refunds, the court having jurisdiction over the Company's place of business shall have jurisdiction.
